Ride and Grind is a static website with no user accounts and no server-side database. Here's exactly what is stored, and where.

What we store, and where

The following settings are saved only in your own browser (using localStorage) — never sent to or stored on any server we control:

• Your FTP value, so wattages can be shown throughout the site
• Your favorited workouts
• If you connect Intervals.icu: your personal API key

Clearing your browser data removes all of it. We have no way to see or recover it, because it never leaves your device except as described below.

Sending a workout to Intervals.icu

When you use "Send to Intervals.icu", your browser sends the workout file and your API key to a small relay we run (a Cloudflare Worker). That relay forwards the request directly to Intervals.icu's API and returns their response. We do not log, store, or retain your API key or the request contents — it passes through for that single request only.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process standard web server logs (such as IP address and request metadata) as part of delivering the site, under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

Third-party links

Links to Buy Me a Coffee, Intervals.icu, and any other external site are governed by that site's own privacy policy, not this one.
